A block of rooms have been pre-booked at Clarion Hotel Gillet for the participants of StanCon. The conference rate and room block will not be available through other booking channels, only by the special booking link provided by the hotel.

You guarantee your reservation with a card upon booking. You pay the stay upon checking in to the hotel onsite.

Room reservation is made on a first come – first served basis. The conference rate will be available until 30 days before conference start.
After this date, room rate may be applied subject to availability.
